The 60th Annual Joint North Dakota Water Convention and Irrigation Workshop was held December 5-8 in Bismarck, ND. The 2023 convention theme was 60 years of Making a Difference. Recognizing this important anniversary, we had several discussions about water through the decades and the impact the water community has had on development and management of our water resources. We had a presentation from former Representative Colin Petersen on the Farm Bill and other important federal policy discussions.
