The North Dakota Water Users Association and North Dakota Water Resource Districts Association joined a coalition letter providing feedback to the US Fish and Wildlife Service on their setback requirements for drain tile. The comments encourage the Fish and Wildlife Service to follow setback requirements of the Natural Resources Conservation Service and provide more flexibility for individual landowners to manage water on their land.
