The North Dakota Water Users submitted comments to the Bureau of Reclamation on their proposed waiver from Build America Buy America (BABA) requirements for previously planned rural water projects. Water Users asked the Bureau to ensure the BABA waiver would cover the full construction of these important projects, like the water treatment plant for the Northwest Area Water Supply project.
